Welcome to Tie Holidays (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking any travel service through Tie Holidays, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services Offered

Tie Holidays provides travel-related services including but not limited to:

  • Holiday packages (domestic & international)
  • Flight bookings
  • Hotel bookings
  • Visa assistance (where applicable)
  • Transport and sightseeing arrangements
  • Customized itineraries

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by suppliers.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full/partial payment is received and you receive a written confirmation from Tie Holidays via email/WhatsApp.
  • Prices may change due to airfare fluctuation, hotel rate changes, taxes, or currency exchange variations until booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices shared are based on current availability and may change until confirmed.
  • Payments must be made as per the schedule mentioned in the quotation/invoice.
  • Any bank charges, forex conversion charges, or payment gateway fees are to be borne by the customer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the supplier’s policy (airlines/hotels/transport/visa).

4.1 Customer Cancellation

If you cancel a confirmed booking:

  • Cancellation fees will apply as per the service provider rules.
  • Tie Holidays service/processing charges may also apply.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed after supplier confirmation.

4.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–21 working days, depending on banks and service providers.

4.3 No-Show / Early Checkout

  • No refund will be provided for no-show cases, unused services, or early checkouts.

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes requested after confirmation (dates, names, hotels, flights) may attract additional charges.
  • Any fare difference or supplier amendment fees must be paid by the customer.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents such as:

  • Passport (minimum 6 months validity recommended)
  • Visa (if required)
  • Travel insurance (recommended)
  • Government ID proof

Tie Holidays is not responsible if boarding is denied or entry is refused due to incomplete documents.


7. Visa Disclaimer

  • Visa assistance is provided as a facilitation service only.
  • Visa approval/rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable once applied.

8. Health, Safety & Travel Advisories

  • Customers must follow destination rules and local laws.
  • Tie Holidays is not responsible for delays, restrictions, or cancellations caused by:
    • Government regulations
    • Weather conditions
    • Natural disasters
    • Epidemics/pandemics
    • Strikes, political unrest, or airline disruptions

9. Third-Party Suppliers

Tie Holidays works with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators).
We act as an intermediary and are not liable for supplier service failures, overbooking, or changes made by them.


10. Limitation of Liability

Tie Holidays shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of baggage, personal belongings, or documents
  • Injury, accident, illness, or death during travel
  • Missed flights, delays, cancellations beyond our control
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to Tie Holidays for the specific booking.


11. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
  • Not to copy content/images without permission
  • Information provided on the website may change without notice

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, content, images, and designs used on this website belong to Tie Holidays or respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


13. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal details shared with Tie Holidays are used only for booking and service communication.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.


14. Force Majeure

Tie Holidays is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, and government restrictions.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
